in crust:

 


-1/3 cup rolled oats

-about 4 tbsp oat flour

-1/2 scoop choco protein

-2 tsp cocoa powder

-1 tsp flax seed

-1/4 tsp baking soda

-1/4 tsp baking powder

-salt

-1 egg white

-1/2 tbsp honey

-1 tbsp milk (+- to adjust)


mix all until (sticky) dough forms n chill in fridge for 10-15 mins.


use a spatula, shape to form a pizza shape (try to flatten it as much as possible since it will rise and expand) on a baking tray n bake 180 deg cel for 10-12 mins or when surface is dry to touch.


in sauce:


-yog

-cocoa powder

-2 drops of toffee flavdrops (sub for sweetener of choice)


topped with diced peaches, protein nutella swirl, cacao nibs n crushed cashews.


this is in a collab with  wuhuuuher oat pizza is stunninggg and the fact that she had to wake up at 6 just to post it cause of me ily babes


on to the pizza, u have no idea for how long i have been DREAMING to make this!! essentially, it is just like one big cookie with stuff on top but still, it has my heart and it is also very simple to make.

 


i didn’t expect it to rise that much ahahaha thus it’s very ThiCkq lol and plsss don’t overbake it (i did around 15 mins ish?) or else it’ll turn hard and not as moist keep an eye n remove as the surface is not wet anymore k.

Easy Apple Strudel

 Easy Apple Strudel *Ingredients:   1 Granny Smith apple – peeled, cored and coarsely shredded 3 Granny Smith apples – peeled, cored and sliced 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup golden raisins 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed 1 egg ¼ cup milk *Directions: • Step 1   Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. • Step 2 Place apples in a large bowl. Stir in brown sugar and golden raisins; set aside. Place puff pastry on baking sheet. Roll lightly with a rolling pin. Arrange apple filling down the middle of the pastry lengthwise. Fold the pastry lengthwise around the mixture. Seal edges of pastry by using a bit of water on your fingers, and rubbing the pastry edges together. Whisk egg and milk together, and brush onto top of pastry. • Step 3 Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
