 MARBLE BANANA BREAD






*chocolate dough:

 



1-2 tbsp cocoa

Optional: 1 tbsp protein chocolate


Vanilla dough:

Vanilla & Cinnamon


Bake at 180C/356F (upper-lower heat) for 25-30 min.


*the recipe:


1. Mash bananas & add oat milk.


2. then mix the dry ingredients of the basic dough and add them as well


3. Divide the dough in half and add the cocoa and protein powder to the first half


4. add the vanilla & cinnamon to the other half to taste


5. now fill the baking pan alternately with blobs of the different doughs and mix lightly in some places with a toothpick

 


Ok you really don't understand how excited I am about this one

banana bread am. It's perfectly sweet and totally fudgy in texture! And the combination of chocolate and vanilla is just a dream. You have to try this. love

80g almond flour

130g oat flour

Pinch of baking powder & salt

120ml oat milk

Easy Apple Strudel

 Easy Apple Strudel *Ingredients:   1 Granny Smith apple – peeled, cored and coarsely shredded 3 Granny Smith apples – peeled, cored and sliced 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup golden raisins 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed 1 egg ¼ cup milk *Directions: • Step 1   Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. • Step 2 Place apples in a large bowl. Stir in brown sugar and golden raisins; set aside. Place puff pastry on baking sheet. Roll lightly with a rolling pin. Arrange apple filling down the middle of the pastry lengthwise. Fold the pastry lengthwise around the mixture. Seal edges of pastry by using a bit of water on your fingers, and rubbing the pastry edges together. Whisk egg and milk together, and brush onto top of pastry. • Step 3 Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
